Individual Counselling
I offer individual counselling for adults, learners, and youth who are experiencing stress, anxiety, low mood, emotional difficulties, or life transitions.

Sessions provide a confidential and supportive space to explore challenges, develop insight, and build practical coping strategies. Individual counselling is typically short-term and goal-focused, and is tailored to each client's unique needs.

Group counselling provides a supportive environment where individuals can share experiences, learn from others, and develop skills together.

Groups may focus on emotional support, coping skills, stress management, or psychoeducation. Group work is particularly valuable in fostering connection, normalising experiences, and building interpersonal skills.

Psychometric Assessments
I offer psychometric assessments within the scope of practice of a Registered Counsellor. These assessments are used to support understanding, development, and informed decision-making.

School Readiness Assessments
These assessments help to evaluate a young child's readiness for formal schooling. They focus on early learning abilities, developmental skills, and learning strengths to support parents and schools in making informed educational decisions and identifying areas where additional support may be helpful.

A 3–4 hour individual assessment evaluating key areas of school readiness, including cognitive, language, motor, social, emotional, and pre-academic skills, using valid and reliable, age-appropriate tools.
